Rick's Ordination and Grandpops' Visit
We thank the Lord that Rick passed his ordination on May 16th! What did the ordination entail? The first hour-and-a-half, in a closed session, the elders and chairman of the ordination council asked Rick theology questions. During the next hour-and-a-half, they asked him Bible knowledge and counseling questions. Anyone could attend this second session. What a privilege and responsibility to serve the Lord. We are thankful that Rick's dad, Paul, could be in town. Here are a few pictures from the weekend.

What a sweet picture. I am so glad Paul was able to spend time with his grandchildren and visa versa - kids spend time with their grandpop! What a lucky family!
