August Adventures (Part 2) - Swim Lessons

Andrew had two weeks of swim lessons at the very pool in which I learned to swim. How crazy! He hesitated to do "bobs" at first, but by the end of the lessons he would do many "bobs" in a row. His teacher was great with the kids.

August Adventures (Part 1)

August was a month of adventures as we got to spend time with my Mom and Dad, and brother and sister-in-law, in Washington and Rick's parents in K.C. My Dad accompanied me and the boys out west while Rick spent a week with the GBC teens, a week in Kentucky taking a class, and a week of VBS adventures at our church. So, he joined us in Washington after a few weeks. Here are a few pictures of our travels. We left bright and early out of Dulles. The boys did well; just one melt-down from one tired little boy.

3rd Birthday!

We are celebrating John's 3rd birthday today. I'm so thankful for him!!! Here's a glimpse of our fun-loving boy.
