I was actually up to see the sunrise this morning; it was gorgeous. I was reminded of God's creativity and how amazing He is. "The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork" (Pslam 19:1 ff). The sun rises every morning whether or not I'm up to take note of it. God is so big, beyond what I can imagine.
On Monday we went to the botanical gardens with friends and got to see a butterfly exhibit. As our friends pointed out, God could have made only one type of butterfly. The variety, detail and beauty of the butterflies is amazing. Here is some of what we saw.
